ERZBERGRODEO has grown from a plain, yet superb sports event, known to insiders only, to a holistic

the efforts to organise the world‘s biggest motorcycle offroad event are truly as unique as the Erzbergrodeo itself. Hundreds of crew people join together for one week in the year to build up an complete environment from scratch. Even without a single spectator it‘s more than 6.000 people from 5 continents who celebrate the event together.

 
Inside the Erzberg-Arena, the center of all activities at the Iron Giant, every-thing is prepared for visitors, competitors, crew, journalists and partners: shopping, culinary delights, exhibition stands, merchandise booths, not to forget spectacular side events such as the Freestyle-MX Show or the all-new One-on-One rider presentation.

To offer the biggest dirtbike festival to thousands of enthusiastic fans for four days, hundreds of crew workers give their best behind the curtains – building a complete environment and infrastructure for a mid-size city at the iron mining site of Erzberg. The outstanding efforts of these people are one major column for the Erzbergrodeo’s successful development.
